Not good value gor money...

Liked: Not good value for money unfortunately. The hotel & room was dated. The room was very small and there was a very strong vis-a-vis. Once you open the window you could see the people in the building opposite, felt like they were right in front of us, I would say we had 0% privacy, we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time which made our room so dark.The guys at valet were excellent and made the stay feel special. The girl at reception was not up to my expectations, she gave 0 information about the hotel and we were forced to ask loads of questions, maybe she was new? I told her were staying because it was my birthday, I had really hoped she would have taken note of that and would’ve made an effort and left something special in the room like a complimentary glass of champagne or a flower or anything. It doesn’t take a lot to show a bit of effort that can go a long way. And honestly for the amount of money we paid to stay there, I really expected exceptional service. Especially in a country where the hotellerie universities are amongst the top in the world.What a disappointment.

An impeccably run hotel where...

Liked: I was lucky enough to stay at many renowned hotels, but this one stands out as the finest by far. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond at every step—from the valet’s gracious welcome to the reception’s professionalism and the concierge’s exceptional attentiveness. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority.I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed.Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

it could have been better

Liked: Property is beautiful, ovelooking the lake, nice garden and terrace and amazing chinese restaurant!
Disliked: Due to the Watches and wonders exhibition prices were very high and the personnel did not meet the standards. Many times we had to wait at least half an hour for someone to come and take an order, i asked for something 2-3 times in order for a waiter to bring it.

Liked: I had a great stay at La Réserve Geneva, where I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience.A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience.Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
