Liked: Staff were nice & room price was fair
Disliked: The rooms were small. All walls had suitcase scruff marks and liquid spill drips and presuming other bodily fluids. Bathroom was hard to navigate due to the location of the door and toilet. The room we had was right next to a staircase and the lifts and was noisy the entire night/day.

Exceptional

Liked: Great staff. Great room. Even has a little shop. Location's a bit far out of Queenstown, especially if you don't have a car. Though I'm sure there's public transport. Apart from that, an excellent place to stay.
Disliked: Location. I had transport. But reastaraunts were not walking distance unless you're young and fit.

Ok stay near Queenstown

Liked: Location close to the airport and a short drive to Queenstown center if you have a car.
Disliked: Very small room for the price. Constant water dripping sound from somewhere. If your main purpose is to spend time in Queenstown, it would be better to stay closer to the city center.

Liked: Modern studio rooms close to airport. Little shop within. Helpful staff. Great view of Remarkables.Airport shopping centre about 1 km walk.
Disliked: Windows don't open. Parking can be a problem.A long way from the town. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity

I had a great time.

Disliked: Parking. We were lucky enough to get the parking ar the premises. I feel the customer shouldn't be paying for the parking. For me on my next visit i will be looking for free parking.

Stay elsewhere.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Had to pay $10 to park, unless you get there early enough to nab one of the free parking spots by the building. Who builds a hotel in the middle of the suburbs/no where and doesn’t put in enough parking spots? Need to download a parking app, put in your credit card, in order to park. It’s not run by the hotel. Room - No desk or anywhere to set a suitcase. Had a footstool and a child sized table for furniture. No chair, no desk, no normal sized table. Also no lamps by the bed. Had to get up and walk to the door to turn off the overhead (only) light in the room.
