Liked: Staff were super helpful, we were able to leave bags behind reception when we arrived before check-in time
Disliked: Room was very small, would have been good if there was a small table and chairs to eat at

Liked: Lovely views from our room, which was delightfully warm
Disliked: We found it strange that they have a small shop at reception, but no cutlery in the room. When we asked, we're told we could ask for disposable but there was no signage to tell us.Bathroom is very small and access to the toilet is awkward.

Superb

Liked: Most comfortable bed in our 3-week trip through AU / NZ. Modern, clean room. Helpful staff. Location near the airport is quite convenient if you are on your own wheels. Commercial centres nearby, Queenstown town centre 15-min drive away. I also strongly recommend the scenic drive to Glenorchy and the alpine drive to Wanaka via the Crown Range pass.

Disliked: Parking - complex and we had to pay at times Cleaning - staff need training they didn't clean our floors when asked. Location - had to keep our parking spot after 9pm so paid for taxis and ubers into town which was costly and poor bus and public transportation access. Accessibility, close to airport but that's it.
