Disappointing

Liked: The location off the I-5. Outlet stores nearby. The room was clean, except for the perfumy smell. The heat was good, and the room was fairly quiet.
Disliked: Only complaint, the smell was horrible. Saturated in carpet fresh.

The facility is very nice...

Liked: Location is great, next to plenty of restaurants and many within walking distance. Right next to a fantastic outlet mall.The facility had hot and cold breakfast items. Staff were very nice and helpful. The facility smelled good. Very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Curtains didn’t close well (bring a safety pin). No butter at breakfast buffet. Heater/air conditioner too loud. Housekeeping staff came at 9:00 to clean on checkout day, should wait til checked out.
