blood on blanket

Liked: we had stayed before an it was nice. we went back an will NEVER stay again. approx 630 pm on the day of check in we pulled back the blanket and there was blood. clearly blood an it was crusty. upon calling the front desk they offered new bedding or new room. chose bedding, we were already un packed. need less ta say I nor my friend slept much...not knowing if the stuff really was clean or just refolded an bagged up. in the morning we informed the front desk we would not be staying the remainder of our stay. the response from "supervisor" was they could comp the one night 20% and could refund our stay for remainder. very rude about.
Disliked: rudeness of manager and she made it sound like she couldn't care less

Liked: It was clean and looked nice
Disliked: They were pretty racist to my friends family during our stay. Barging into their room and giving crazy attitude at the front desk when we were just reasking a question to verify the answer. Very rude staff members.

Great Birthday getaway for great...

Disliked: No room service had to empty out garbage had to get towels everyday breakfast was not the best

Definitely a subpar hotel compared...

Liked: The property was fine. Below expectations.
Disliked: The floors were cold and made movement on them from rooms above and next door very loud. No regular coffee in room, only decaf. No nice amenities- lotions, etc. Alarm had been set to 6:00 AM by someone other than me. The heating unit was incredibly loud.
