Other than the smoke smell...
Liked: The breakfast was great
Disliked: We stayed on the 4th floor some areas of the hall, you could smell smoke like someone was smoking in their rooms.

Disliked: This place is in need of some serious renovations. Very outdated!! The walls were dirty, the ceiling was patched up, the drapes were very dirty, and we were not able to close the drapes which meant we were woke very very early. But.. you get what you pay for!

Overall the property was decent...
Liked: Convenient location to things we wanted to do
Disliked: There was still ice in parts of the parking lot and sidewalks. The ring around the shower faucet was just hanging, not screwed in. It didn’t affect the functionality of the shower, just a cosmetic issue. The elevator closest to our room didn’t work and there was no sign indicating such.

Liked: I liked the price and location and the breakfast.
Disliked: Well the heat wasn't working correctly and it was cold in the room Friday night. I was able to fix it Saturday morning. I told staff Friday night but no response. There was alot of hair in the bed and in the bathroom sink. I will never stay there again. This place used to be nice about 7 years ago

Mold, possibly?
Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: When I first checked in I was given a dirty room, the bed wasn't made and it smelled. The man working apologized and gave me a different room. I got into the new room and it's fine getting settled the man working the desk called and checked on me, asked if the room was alright. I wasn't going to leave a review because I felt that he made up for the issue. However, I'm about to go to bed and I hear water falling, faster then a typical drip. I go to the bathroom and see there is a hole in the ceiling and every time the person above me will shower it drips. You can tell it's been doing this for a while so my instant thought is mold in the room. I went to check out and waited well for almost 10 mins. I sent a text to the number it gives you and I called the phone that is when the lady came out and told me I can just leave the keys. No ma'am I need a receipt and due to this causing me to be late I couldn't give this feed back in person.
