Worst beds ever, if you...

Liked: It was nice on the inside very modern decor and all the staff was so nice. The breakfast was your basic free hotel breakfast wish it had more fruit than just apples but free is free so can't complain.
Disliked: The beds were horrible, I mean a concrete bench probably has more cushion. If you have a bad back stay completely away from here. We had 2 rooms 1 room had 2 queen beds both horrible, the other room we had with just 1 king bed it was exactly the same, hard and uncomfortable like a concrete slab. By the 2nd night I slept on the floor, not sanitary but less back pain. Even the pillows were hard or just flat and the sheets were very itchy. Worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The only other complaint is the pool was a little heated but the room they keep it in is surrounded by 1 pane windows that let the cold in and you have to walk through a cold hallway to get to the pool room. Maybe a heater in that room may help that.

Wanted a nice comfortable room...

Liked: Staff and room were excellent. The wife and I enjoyed breakfast. The girls wanted to sleep in and arrived just after the doors to breakfast room closed. That was their problem for being slow.
Disliked: Winter Weather conditions made the sidewalks slippery with ice. Main entrance was good. The two side door exits and adjacent sidewalks need to have some salt or sand on them to prevent people slipping and falling.

Superb

Liked: Nice location, very friendly employees , clean rooms and great breakfast.
Disliked: The pillows were not great, but everything else was nice.

Liked: Clean room and the whole hotel in general. Decent breakfast, basic but seems to be the normal breakfast in the USA. Staff polite and very helpful No complaints re my stay
Disliked: The king single rooms, both are the same but one has an electric fire which does not heat, only a light for show. My advice save the money and take the cheaper room.Pool very small so hope you are the only one in it.
