Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough lightning in the room. And the bed was a little too high. My husband had to help me up on it.

Disliked: There was nothing in the room such as soap, the tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were half empty. There were broken tiles in the room, the bed was so hard I could barely sleep. And I felt it was not so clean. Breakfast also was not that great super disappointed.

Absolutely disappointing stay.

Liked: The bathroom was acceptable. The room seemed to be clean.
Disliked: The loud music from the guests next to us. We arrived late arriving 9:30 and there was very loud music playing next to us. We called immediately and the staff came and told them to stop. They did and left for awhile and returned and woke us up around 1:30 doing the same thing again and they were hangin out outside the door talking very loud and slamming there door. We called again and complained and they came again to tell them to stop. Im guessing locals having a night out. Very rude and inconsiderate to guest that are traveling and need to rest as we had to travel the next day. Then when we were going to leave at 9:30 the next morning we were stuck in our room. We had to call again to have someone come to get us out of our room. The handle was faulty apparently and needs to be replaced. I’ve never ever had an experience like this at any of the hotels I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at quite a bit of hotels. This was a first and I definitely would not recommend staying here. Especially paying $116 a night.
