Absolutely disappointing stay.

Liked: The bathroom was acceptable. The room seemed to be clean.
Disliked: The loud music from the guests next to us. We arrived late arriving 9:30 and there was very loud music playing next to us. We called immediately and the staff came and told them to stop. They did and left for awhile and returned and woke us up around 1:30 doing the same thing again and they were hangin out outside the door talking very loud and slamming there door. We called again and complained and they came again to tell them to stop. Im guessing locals having a night out. Very rude and inconsiderate to guest that are traveling and need to rest as we had to travel the next day. Then when we were going to leave at 9:30 the next morning we were stuck in our room. We had to call again to have someone come to get us out of our room. The handle was faulty apparently and needs to be replaced. I’ve never ever had an experience like this at any of the hotels I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at quite a bit of hotels. This was a first and I definitely would not recommend staying here. Especially paying $116 a night.

Liked: The room was comfortable.
Disliked: I reported my toilet handle broken,but it never got fixed I had to manually flush it from inside the tank the 3 days I was there. Breakfast was cold last day. Never received more coffee when requested.

Disliked: Television did not work and was incredibly difficult to access.Electrical plugs were blocked and impossible to use.
