Clean and cozy rooms. Our stay was nice and the location of the hotel is great. Close to basically everything.

Couldn’t payed to get ripped...

Disliked: Rude employee had copy of id made reservation for stay even booked payed online cause lost id wouldn’t not let stay in room then she ran card so many times it locked it so when I did get my id to confirm my reservation it wouldn’t run card for 100 extra deposit that wasn’t listed as I booked my stay still never got my money compensated…

Disliked: Our view was of the flooded top of the concrete onning with a light pointed directly at our window.

Disliked: No hot water and no hot water pressure. Had to shower in a friend’s room .

First and Only Visit

Liked: The location and price as it was a last minute reservation because mother was in the hospital and eventually died.
Disliked: It was the building was old and in need of major updates. The water pressure and temperature was so poor, we switched rooms. The upper floor shook when traffic on nearby interstate was busy. The computer in the business area did not work and was covered in dust.
