Pleasant we stayed a weeklong...

Liked: Upon check in they gave us the wrong room. When I presented them.with the issue they acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing the problem. The double charged me and are refusing to give a refund. There was mold in the ice maker on the 3rd floor. Room looked as if it had not been dusted in weeks.....
