Great staff and facility with...

Liked: The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items for everyone in my family. Beds were comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, nice and respectful. The entire facility was clean, including the gym area. Nice to have water and towels available in the gym space. Easy access, even for my elderly parents to get around a room. Room temps were just right. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will be back.This was a well kept hotel and friendly staff.
Disliked: Everything was great here, just maybe a night light in the bathroom to help with night time access to walk around safely without having to turn on the main light would be nice in hotels.

Disappointing

Liked: We didn't like how loud everything was we could hear people all day and night!! Had to roll a towel to put in front of the door to keep out light. Ran the fan to drown out noise and still so loud. Even the people above us, we could hear them walking around.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Bedding had stains. Evening attendant was never at the desk. When we needed towels for the pool or wanted to buy something, the attendant was nowhere to be found
