Liked: Nice room , clean , location is good.
Disliked: They don't tell you there is no elevator to the 2nd floor which is not very handy when they put you on the 2nd floor until you're there. They should probably discount the price for 2nd level rooms.

Liked: Food, remodeled rooms
Disliked: Everyone in one of the beds got bitten by something. Fridge didn't get very cold. Pillows were too little and soft. Window did not keep out the cold, tile floor was freezing. It was only around 12 degrees, which is pretty normal- a hotel in Wisconsin should have better windows.

Overall mostly good.

Disliked: Hard to get the room warm.

Disliked: Neighbor guests were very load at least 3 people yelling and laughing from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Asked for a resolution 3 times throughout the night. No attempts made or accountability.
