Home away from home while...

Liked: It's a great location - quiet yet close to downtown and easy access to the highway. The room is a great size & well appointed. And the beds were REALLY comfortable - so nice after a long day on the road!!
Disliked: Honestly, there were weren't any negatives for us

Good for the value

Liked: Room was a not well dusted. Phone looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Same for the desk chair. Food was good, but it runs out fast on weekends. You must go early for the breakfast. The breakfast did not offer a lot of “hot” varieties. We stayed 6 days and it mainly served Crockpot Biscuits & Gravy, sausage patties (6 days straight) and make your own Waffles which were good. A variety of apples, oranges, cold cereals, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins and bagels are available. Lots of hot coffee, orange juice, milk and hot water for tea. Breakfast Staff were helpful Happy hour - the bartender was absent one day, so no happy hour was served that evening.

Okay for an overnight stay.

Liked: Nice facility - new, very clean.
Disliked: Walls between rooms do not seem to be insulated - noise from wall-mounted TVs clearly audible at 3 a.m. Staff removed "Do Not Disturb" card from our door twice in the morning before we checked out and were still using room. The morning sun was blazing directly into the dining room through a long wall of 12' windows at breakfast, forcing diners to sit with their backs to the windows - staff were infrequently in this self-serve area and made no effort to close the blinds. Staff asserted that that were at least six luggage carts yet none were in the entry area over a one-hour period even though there was little arrival/departure activity in the lobby of the four-story building.

Liked: Very thin walls. People were digging across the hall and you could hear the whole thing.

Liked: Everything was perfect. The property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and staff friendly and eager to help
