Liked: everything was great but the next room had crying kids and screaming parents all night long waking us up 4 times during the night

Falsely accused!

Liked: My son had stayed at this particular property several times and was very satisfied. On his last visit, the front desk staff, upon arrival, blindsided him with accusations of a derogatory review online. She refused him a room that I had already paid for. When I attempted to call to clear up what apparently was a mistake, she rudely would not let me speak and hung up. To add insult to I injury, i could only not recover the cost of room, and my son was left to sleep in his vehicle. My son was upset that he wanted to call police as she started cursing and put her hands on him to leave. I urged him to let it go, and i proceded to contact booking.com for further action. This will not be the end of this matter!

Pretty chill & convenient

Liked: I like the pricing and easily accessible it was. Breakfast was nice but overall the walls are pretty thin, and some of the outlets didn’t work within our room. Other than that it was pretty chill.
Disliked: Thin walls, and some outlets didnt work.
