I was confused at the...

Liked: The location is a great location! Close to the university and great spots around it. Breakfast at the location is great too!
Disliked: Did not have towels and necessities within my room. My ice bucket had mold inside of it. The bucket was replace without a lid. When I asked for a bag that goes into ice buckets, the staff member behind the counter handed me a trash bag. I caught the mold prior to using it. The plug in my bathroom would not work. When told staff member, they did not move with urgency.
