Comfortable, clean would stay again

Disliked: Reservation was done through Booking. Com and wasn't allowed to change anything on the reservation. Clerk said "not allowed to make changes when booked through a third party, needs to be booked with La Quinta in order to make any change." Now I know, but over all satisfied with my stay.

A place to stay for...

I won't stay there again.

Liked: Comparatively speaking, the price was not overly exorbitant.
Disliked: I didn't like workers with big trucks continuously revving their truck's engine in the parking lot for forty-five minutes long before daylight. The wall's are paper thin, so it was like having the truck parked beside my bed. The management said nothing to them.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice aurprise! Eggs and sausage along with the standard waffles.
Disliked: My room was so far from the front desk. Three connected buildings away. I was in a pet room.They have a no smoking policy but my room smelled faintly of smoke.

Disgusting and Disappointing to say...

Liked: The only thing going for this property was the location in proximity to all places we needed to be while in Victoria.
Disliked: Let me say I have pics and video of all. Disgusted to my core and so disappointed. Our first room was overrun with bugs, spiders, littered with dirty q tips and not cleaned at all. We were moved to a second room. The second room was open and we pushed the door open, smelled of vomit, the sheets were soiled and none of the lights worked. We asked if we could have clean sheets and new pillows so we could get to our grandmothers funeral on time and were told there were not extra sheets or pillows to be given out. Since we booked on the site thru Booking we weren’t eligible for a refund. I would have loved that. We were moved to room 3! Room three was filled with dirty towels and at this point -I could NOT believe this was happening. Good thing Target was nearby so we could buy towels!!! As we were also told there were not any towels to be handed out either. I am out the money for the stay, towels and good sleep! Would not recommend this location at all!
