Liked: The breakfast was ok waffles, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, bagels,sausages apple and orange juice oh yeah and sausage gravy
Disliked: They ran out of tissue

Wish I could give it...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and night time front desk clerk was friendly.
Disliked: Everything! The room was not ready for guests, even though they said it was. There was no toilet paper, there were only two pillows that were stacked on the side of the bed, there was no furniture in the room, except for the bed, the AC unit looked like someone had been bodyslammed on it, everything was dirty (shower wall, bathroom counter, windows, floors, the lobby bathroom was disgusting!), the only toiletry in the room was a half used bottle of shampoo, the elevator was out, and we were told by another guest that it had been out since at least October 8, we were told the only room available was on the fourth floor, and the clerk couldn’t leave the front desk, so we had to go down to get a half used roll of toilet paper, because it’s all she could find and extra pillows, and an extra towel because the room only had one. The ice machine and vending machines were not available on our floor, and there was no bag in the ice bucket, even if we wanted to get ice. The refrigerator was either unplugged or turned off, because it didn’t work. The waffle maker at breakfast did not fully cook the waffle , either because it wasn’t set high enough, the heating element may have been out, or the timing was off. It was an overall bad experience for us. We were very tired and needed a room, but wish we had kept driving. The room was very overpriced for what we received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s actually the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places.

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Disliked: Horrible smell. Filthy couch cushions for the pull out bed. Elevator was broken. Roaches. Transient traffic. Lights/ Lamps didn’t work. Roaches. Carpet was sticky dirty and filthy.

Bad

I mean there really aren’t...

Liked: The location to where I needed to be was PERFECT!Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: After getting up to my room I need to use the bathroom and low and behold the toilet was clogged with someone else’s bodily fluids in it. The place has roaches!Had to get my key card fixed EVERY night I was there when coming back from spending time with my family.

A week of misery.

Liked: Pets allowed. Complementary tea in the lobby.
Disliked: Elevator was broken the entire length of the stay and we were put up in the top floor. My room didn’t come with the amenities as stated. Asked for a hair dryer, waste basket, and coffee maker every day and never got them. Called the front desk and she stated I had to ask housekeeping. Housekeeping came around the next day and I requested all missing items- said she would bring them and never did. Asked for new towels and never got them. Everything in the room was broken. The smell was awful!!! The hallway, the stairwell, the room. Everywhere in the hotel smells terrible.
