Liked: Customer service was friendly and quick. Breakfast had a nice range of options.
Disliked: The bed was made with the sheets in the wrong direction, so they didn't fit correctly on the bed. We ended up remaking the bed. Sheets had hair in the pre-made bed, so when we started taking the sheets off to fix them, we noticed them. The quilt with down/faux down was so old that when you held it against the light they were all clumped in corners of each square and there wasn't really any lining between the two pieces of fabric. We just turned up the temperature of the room to accommodate for a lack of warmth from the beddings.
