Exceptional

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Nice staff. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Our thermostat acted a little funny. It was to hot so we turned it off and it was fine.

Terrible experience by housekeeping

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 AM and woke us up. This should not happen when check out is 11 AM. They should have a list to know who has checked out and left their room and should not be knocking on doors, waking people up. If it wasn’t for this, I wouldn’t have any complaints about the stay.

Disappointing

Liked: Beds were comfortable and good water pressure/shower.
Disliked: Too loud. Crank calls from within the property at 3:30 am and staff not helpful about it. No where to hang towel in bathroom. Bathroom very run down. Pillows were horrible lumps.
