Liked: Cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Pillows were old.

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: Check-in and check out were great! Breakfast was great and hot. Cleaned area.
Disliked: Baggage cart wasn't able to move correctly. Wheels need to be fixed. The second floor smelled. Wasn't able to hang clothes in the closet. The ironing board was messed up really badly.

Disliked: The place is worn out. Sheets and beds need replaced and the shower sprayed water everywhere

Will definitely stay again

Liked: The staff was super nice met the new owner he’s only had it 4 months but is doing a lot of great things.
Disliked: The TVs still need work. But the owner is on top of it

Bad

Liked: There were no extra towels the assistant manager stated that they ran out, there was no extra blanket and sheet for the pull out couch. I asked the front desk to have my room cleaned and the trash was taken out and the towels were exchanged out but there was no cleaning in the bathroom no vacuuming my beds were not made. There was a lot of homeless people walking back and forth around the hotel. I would not rent here again.
