Disliked: stayed for 10 days and there wsw very llittle change from day to day in the offering for breakfast. Most days things ran out and were slow to be replaced, due to what seemed to be not enough staff.

Bad

Overall a decent stay.

Liked: My room was ready when I arrived at 3pm. Staff was very pleasant throughout my stay. I liked the options they had available for breakfast. It was better than I was expecting. Good coffee available and cold water and ice tea were always available. I had a good view of the pool and mountains.
Disliked: It was worn out. The carpet needs to go. I used the stairs and there was a unpleasant odor in the stairwell. Carpet in the room and hallways worn and stained. Same with the curtains. But I also felt I was getting a good rate so maybe that’s the trade off.

Too much deferred maintenance!!!

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Frustrated with many aspects ie: elevator was very slow. We inquired as to the reason and were told there was an electrical problem. (This was frightening to me because I’m leery of elevators to begin with.). Upon entering room we found only 1 bar of soap,one half used roll of toilet paper, one drinking cup, one coffee cup, a musty smell, the dresser drawers would open by themselves. Housekeeping and maintenance did take care of those problems/deficiencies which was appreciated. The electric charging sockets on the bedside lamp didn’t work. Another problem was electronics keys that didn’t work two of the four nights that we stayed there.
