Liked: room was clean and beds were comfortable, it was quiet in our top floor corner room, breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: fitness center needs attention. weight machine attachments are falling apart and there are no free weights.

Liked: breakfast, comfortable room, room refrigerator and microwave, room size, good shower water pressure and temperature, bed was comfortable
Disliked: The AC Unit was very loud, my son had trouble sleeping. Pillows and blankets were very thin, tub had some chips and stains, toilet was tricky to flush

Liked: Breakfast was good, the staff was great, and their recommendations were solid.
Disliked: one of the beds in my room had a massive dip in the mattress and was unusable for sleeping. Fortunately there were two beds in the room and the other bed was mostly comfortable. the paint was bubbling and pealing in places, but the room was serviceable. there weren't a lot of options during the gem and mineral show.

The room was not clean...

Liked: Good price, good location, mattresses we're comfortable. Staff was available and friendly and responsive.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn't work (yes, it was plugged in). Pillows were tiny and lumpy and terrible. The hall smelled like pickle juice. In the morning when moving an unused pillow on one queen bed we found a blood stain on the sheet that looked like someone had tried to clean by hand and gave up. The tub handle was broken and at first wouldn't turn on, just so spun, then suddenly went full blast and wouldn't turn off.
