Liked: It was dirty it lacks hygiene. There was a lot of dirt everywhere. Can’t there’s stains on the bed the first room that they gave us. The bed looked used and it smells like weed continually.
Disliked: I did not like anything about the property it was not well-kept.

Disappointing

Liked: Outdated but clean.
Disliked: Get rid of the outdated air conditioners. I booked the room so I could get some sleep during my trip from San Diego to New Mexico. I cannot recall the amount of times I was awoken by the noisy air conditioning system. The complimentary breakfast was sub standard compared to many of the other La Quinta hotels I've stayed at in the past. The cheap utensils.. I had to use a spoon for not just my eggs but also to butter my bagels. Come on, raise your standards. If you cannot deliver a product well . Do not offer it. My overall experience smelled of cheap. Do better.

Terrible

Liked: Nothing was good.
Disliked: The entire property was not as described. Rooms were dirty. When I told the ataff they offered me a second room that was also dirty. I asked if someone could clean it and I was told that they were cleaned and no one was on site to clean. I then requested to cancel my reservation and was told to call booking.com which I did. Spent 3 hours trying to get the hotel staff to answer a call from booking.com so I could leave. Worst experience ever. Staff would answer the phone and put booking.com on hold. I was in the phone with the booking.com staff and watched this occur. When I called to follow up with the hotel staff they again told me they did not get any request from booking.com to cancel. It took me station I was calling La Quinta corporate to get the hotel staff to refund my money. If you choose to stay here, know it is dirty, noisy and far from the description. Staff is rude and will lie to you.

Roof over the head for...

Liked: Nothing really besides I had a roof over our head very thankful I was not traveling with my kiddos this trip
Disliked: Check in process took forever, was told on phone no extra taken for deposit get there and needed another card for deposit after being told they hold the room rate and then deduct more if anything damaged or missing, went to shower after long night of traveling and no hot water at all the heat would not blow hot just fan temperature will not return

It’s ok for one night

Disliked: They forgot to put towels and they made me go to the front desk for them, even though I had two babies in the tub. And they just gave me 2 towels instead of 4, because of hotel policy.

Liked: The room was nice and bed comfy
Disliked: The toilet in my room needed to be fixed it ran all night. I let the front desk know.Noisy after 10:00 pm you need to instill quiet hours.The breakfast offered was horrible. Only option for hot food was waffles. There weren’t even plates to put them on, you had to use a bowl. No creamer offered for coffee or tea. As a diabetic it was very difficult to have breakfast there. Thankfully you had sugar free syrup. I think you can do way better in the breakfast department, very disappointed.
