Liked: Front desk and cleaning staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.
Disliked: I'm sure this will be a great hotel when their construction is over, but for the foreseeable future, it will be a construction zone. They are doing a total remodel of every room. Right now, there are dozens of shipping containers and heavy equipment everywhere. The crews are staying in the hotel. Lots of noise and yelling at all times. Doors propped open and homeless people watching TV in the lobby. Empty beer bottles all over common spaces. Amenities and meeting rooms used as storage = guests having all day public meetings in the lobby. etc etc etc. I can't believe they think it's ok to charge normal rates for rooms during this project. Additionally, if check out time is 12p, why did housekeeping knock on my door at 9:30a and ask me to check out?

Disliked: Needs updating, cleaning. Room dirty, carpet coming apart, taped down, mattress stained all around, water coming through the ceiling, carpet wet. Staff wasn't helpful. Was finally moved to another room. No hot water.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to shopping centers
Disliked: The smell of smoke and humidity. The rooms had a weird smell. The floor was dirty especially between night stand and beds. Bathroom had pee spattlers on wall and door.

Not precent

Liked: They were fast to assist.
Disliked: The property was in shambles. It looked liked it was under remodel and that information was not provided. Property is old, it felt like everything was falling apart and not clean.
