Comfortable Inn. They have to upgrade/replace phone system.

Disliked: Phone did not work. It was dead.

Cockroaches!!!!

Disliked: I saw a cockroach when I walked in the room and my kids were crying. So I asked for another and I saw multiple cockroaches in that room as well. So I came to the front desk and ask for a refund and left. Still haven't gotten my refund

Liked: I loved that it was near food and not a far drive from where my daughter’s tournament was being held
Disliked: The room door was hard to open and at the bottom of the door it was kind of cracked open. It didn’t make us feel too safe with a door to the room looking like that.

Disliked: The price for the small king room was not worth the rates per night. Only kept my reservations because of the time frame to find another hotel and we traveled from out of town for a quick give away

Disliked: The cleanliness of the hotel is a bit disappointing. Outside of the rooms needs a cleaning. The lobby looks very nice once you get out and go to your room. It seems like you went to a different place. The hallways need a clean up and repainting. Our second stay was not pleasant during breakfast. My daughter went down to get a bagel. She informed the lady attendant that her bagel got stocked in the rotating toaster. The attendant did not believe her or even tried to check it. The attendant dismissed her immediately. I'm pretty sure she might have found out the harder way since others will be using the toaster, and all will be stuck and burnt.

Liked: Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and professional.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not reliable and it waivered between very warm and humid or slightly warm and the mnachine was so loud it was bard to sleep. There were several loud people screaming outside my door at all hours of the night.
