Disliked: I paid almost $900 and Nobody clean my room in the 4 days that me and my family stay, the floors looks like they didn't clean it in a long time, my daughter walk without shoes from the bathroom to the bed and I had to wash her feet again, I found a crockroach in one of the drawers

Liked: Ive stayed here before for Busch Scream night, so location is ok.
Disliked: The last two times I stayed in 2022 and 2023, the hotel was not full and was fine. This time it was awful. The hotel was packed and quite obvious people / families were living there, hence not giving a hotel feel. The room was clean, although bathroom was extremely old fashioned. The AC unit was horrifically noisy even when turned off. I had a lousy nights sleep. Lucky I was there for just one night or else I would have complained. Breakfast room was extremely busy with very basic cheap tasting food. I will not stay here next year and have made alternative arrangements. Shame

Liked: The location was walking distance (25min) from the hotel.
Disliked: The garbage around the property and dirty bed sheet- they looked washed but they have visible stains and the dust is very visible.For a trip that we looked just to sleep was I guess ok but wouldn’t book this again.

Liked: Our original room that was booked wasn't available. We were put into another room for the same price. It was very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: The door to our room did not fully close at the bottom. It still locked though and we made sure to secure it with the top security piece also.
