I chose this hotel based on proximity to the concert venue, but would never stay here again! There are other hotels nearby that I’m sure are much better. Also, the continental breakfast was bare bones, other than the waffle makers.

Liked: The check in staff.
Disliked: It's dark; hallway rugs are filthy, and the whole place is extremely outdated.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Would not give refunds.

Location is the best part about this hotel as it's literally accross the street from the Florida State Fairgrounds. Dingy hotel in dire need of a face lift/new carpet/paint. If you are on a budget and want to be close to the fairgrounds it's not a bad option. Bed was comfortable.

Liked: Comfortable bed; inside corridors.
Disliked: Outdated hotel in need of upgrades; weak shower pressure.

Will stay here again, next time we are attending an event at the Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheater.

Everyone was friendly and accomodating. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Liked: So convenient to concert across the street - just walked.
Disliked: Short post sticking out of ground by pool tripped my friend - risky, and hotel had no first aid kit to address the bloody wound. Bathroom floor could be a little cleaner.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, this weekend; everything was great - room, food, friendly staff, very clean, and the breakfast was great. We will go back - oh, the price was also good.
