We are looking forward to coming back to the area and will definitely stay here. It was convenient to England Bros Park.

Liked: The staff was the best (especially Joyce, who went out of her way to help us with taxis, suggestions on places to go and things to do. Anything we needed, she got for us). The room was clean, the hotel was nice. The coffee was good and there was a good selection of breakfast items.

Liked: They were excepting reservations even though they had no electricity!!!!!
Disliked: They were excepting reservations even though they had no electricity. When we got there the staff barely spoke english. It was difficult to cancel. It took weeks to get the refund.

Liked: The hotel cancelled my reservation but didn't think to notify me so I was stranded 4000 miles from home!

Liked: I never stayed at the property. Returned home after evacuating for hurricane Milton, and found the property closed due to the storm. They did not communicate in way that they were closed and my credit card was still charged for the stay. I have filed a dispute. I attempted to contact the property several days in advance, and the line would not go through. I also emailed the property and got no response. It was only upon returning when I drove to the property that I discovered there was a sign at the front entrance, saying closed and the parking lot was empty, I would’ve appreciated communication so that I could have made other arrangements as I came home to no power.

Disliked: Everything. Only 1 vending machine. Main bathroom was nasty in the lobby. The room lights were not working. The phone not working. You had to choose if you wanted the refrigerator or microwave plugged in.

Liked: Nothing the staff was horrible when we were going though the worst storm of our life. I had two towels in my room for 2 people and asked for more and refused and was given nasty looks will never stay in this dump again
Disliked: Walking up the stairs at my age with everything we had to bring before the storm hit. Then finding out where I was leaving they was a elevater in the building and they lied to me and many others.

Liked: Nothing for a la Quinta I expected way more than what I got
Disliked: My door wouldn’t close all the way at all nor would it lock I didn’t feel safe in any way. One of the drawers was loo sided and broken
