Disliked: No place to hang our jackets. I know we were only staying one night, but usually you can hang a jacket.

Liked: The bathroom was infested with roaches, my husband recorded roaches. He also killed 2 of them, also the bed was uncomfortable the mattress had a sink in it which caused by back to hurt, people walking around all night talking loud and playing music from the car

Liked: It was the worst. We canceled after seeing room
Disliked: No closet to hang clothes, barn door for bathroom that didn't close, bed was cheap , you could feel the springs.

Liked: Did not eat there, it was Dirty and smaller than the pictures on the website!!!
Disliked: The Hotel was not what it was shown to be on the website, I saw people checking in with what appeared to be their belongings, It appeared to be a Homeless Shelter, another couple which had just checked in, Told me they would be looking for somewhere else to stay, and that they didn’t want to sleep on the bed I did not stay there!!! I gave my keys back and Left to find a place where I felt safe and as close to being home as possible. Ps I called the front desk because the shuttle did not come to the airport, No one picked up! Customer service tried calling the front desk and No one picked up, I took a cab and was told they were too busy to answer the phone!!!
