Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great!!! breakfast was wonderful. The staff was super. They were friendly and always checking to see if I needed anything. I traveled with my small dog and everything was perfect for him.
Disliked: nothing

Overnight stop on long drive....

Liked: Clean. Polite staff. Easy parking. Convenient for a cross-country stop.
Disliked: AC/heating wasn’t great. No extractor in bathroom.

Liked: The location was convenient and the facilities were clean/in great shape.
Disliked: The parking area was set up in a way that made me question safety in the parking lot while loading and unloading things. That has to do more with the large vehicles in the unpaved area that weren’t necessarily there for a stay at the hotel.

Room was clean with comfortable...

Disliked: The doors did not have any weatherstripping around so you could see light underneath and it did nothing to block the noise from the hallway. The doors also seemed hollow, definitely not soundproof so I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the hallway. Our room was near the side exit door so we heard the door open and slam shut all night long, we also heard dogs barking and people talking very loudly in the hallway. People with pets should all be on the bottom floor and everyone else sans pets, far away from them. Also, the restrooms need fans!!!! How did they design and build it with no fans???????

Great place to stay

Liked: Very clean. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms and beds.
Disliked: Honestly, it was a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional

Clean and good staff but...

Liked: Staff were nice and the location is good. Clearly a new place. Things were in good condition. Very clean.
Disliked: The noise from the neighbouring room. We could hear everything. They were making noise well after midnight moving stuff around in the room, shouting. The staff did their best to try to stop them. But the walls are thin. While we were checking in there was a guest who called the receptionist complaining about the noise in the room above them. Clearly a problem with the building unfortunately.
