We had a pleasant stay at La Quinta.

Liked: Hotel seems updated in a nice modern style. I like the laminate floors in bath and sink areas.
Disliked: Some parts of the property have not been updated. There were torn cushions on several pieces of furniture.

Decent facilities needs some daily...

Liked: Our room was never serviced. We had to ask for fresh towels and coffee for our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for items. The garbage in the breakfast area was overflowing. The cream on day 1 was sour. The automated check in was very easy and quick. The hotel has a lot of potential if there were more staff members to assist in every day maintenance. Very disappointed that the pool was closed

It was not giving what...

Liked: I didn’t like nothing about it only the location!!!
Disliked: First of all you talking though a computer to the employee I stayed there last year and it was totally different this time, they never cleaned my room in the four days I was there it was awful. You couldn’t give a complaints to no one I will never ever stay there again!!

Disliked: I booked this hotel as a birthday trip for my daughter under her name, Chloe Aird. I had put the money into her account which was paid upfront. When they got there they were asked for a deposit. She did not have enough in her card so her boyfriend gave his card. He was charged the full amount of $224 again. They spoke to the front desk and were told this is a deposit. I have never paid for a hotel room twice for a deposit. So I called and the lady I spoke to said she would release the amount as I said it was ridiculous to pay the full amount as a deposit. I understand $50 or $100 even but not the full amount. We are yet to see that refund in his or her card. This has made their birthday difficult as he wanted to buy a gift for her at the concert they were going too but couldn't because of this.

Terrible place to stay even...

Liked: Not much to like but the location to where i needed to be.
Disliked: The room and building were run down. The bed was not a king as it was supposed to be but a queen. Breakfast was terrible and cold. Stains that looked and smelled like throw up outside the room. The smell of marijuana smoke everywhere in the building. No one working the front desk. Only a call center machine located in lobby to get your key.

DON'T book 13600, DO book...

Liked: The cleaning staff was nice (post pandemic 3 day rotation), and so were the remote desk workers.The beds were good but some sheets had stains on them.The AC was okay until it wasn't because of a rancid smell. It was close to my business purpose, and bus lines to sawgrass Mills and cental terminal.
Disliked: Everything is worn out and needs replacement, the room floors are sticky, the carpets are stained, mold in the bathroom fan, etc.The swimming pool was temporarily closed during my 14 day stay.There was dogshit in the elevator and on the hallway floor for 4 days (and then I left).There is no one there in person almost all the time at the front desk, while right across the street, the same franchise has another La Quinta Inn & Suites (13651 NW 2nd St, Sunrise, FL 33325)With someone there 24/7 at the front desk, love Daniel! With better hygiene and a poolWith better amenities, and probably better kept roomsAsking the same price

Boa localização, porém, sujo. (well...

Liked: O café da manhã era razoável. (The breakfast was reasonable)
Disliked: O pior do hotel é a falta de limpeza, o carpete do meu quarto estava muito sujo.The worst thing about the hotel is the lack of cleanliness, the carpet in my room was very dirty.
