We had a pleasant stay at La Quinta.

Liked: Hotel seems updated in a nice modern style. I like the laminate floors in bath and sink areas.
Disliked: Some parts of the property have not been updated. There were torn cushions on several pieces of furniture.

Liked: The location was good, near enough to shopping malla.
Disliked: The facilities were poor, the rooms were outdated and not well kept, the sheets were dirty when I arrived and I had to ask for another room. Rooms had a musty smell and not enough toiletries for stay. The breakfast was limited and had no variety.

Disliked: The service was fair. Breakfast was just ok, there was no sausage, or meat choices, just egg. There was beautiful fountain when you drive up to the hotel which to my surprise was not working but so dirty and it created an odor.Then our room when we pull out the sofa bed was dirty.This was the first time staying at one of the hotels we didn’t enjoy it.

Liked: Nothing I’m having a huge problem with bed bugs and bugs in general all in my room. In my bed etc. my husband and I have been bit up so bad it’s crazy. The first couple of nights we woke up with a few bites but after the night before we are covered in bites and we’re going to the hospital to get checked out and have it all documented. Not sure what I need to do from here to get my money back or if I need to go the legal route. Please have someone call me asap ok my number is (954) 497-0248 I’ll be waiting for someone’s call shortly thank you

Disliked: Location is misleading, hotel is old and need remodel, beds are hard , hallways are dark and dim and breakfast was a joke.

Bad

Liked: I couldn't stay there because the room when we arrived was filthy.
Disliked: the toilet was with pi, and the shower was filthy. The sofa was dirty too and a cockroach in the room
