Liked: Feces smeared on side of mattress. The maids cleaning skills were a thumbs down
Disliked: When the bed was discussed at front desk, no one offered a room change. A discount, nothing!

My stay here was wonderful...

Liked: Every staff member gave me the best service and work with my situation with travel work . The girls Giselle, Leticia and deepti were all so wonderful assisting me with whatever need I may have so so thank and made me come back to to this place.

Decent stay. Okay for one...

Disliked: Too big of a gap at the bottom of the door. You can literally hear everything outside. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Could have served a hot breakfast of some sort like scrambled eggs or sausage. Wi-fi was terrible. They have a smart tv but it’s useless cause you can’t connect to the wi-fi. Also, sent them a message during booking that we would have 2 dogs. Was told I had said 1 but in my inbox I said 2 so.
