Poor management

Liked: Reserved a King room, got a double. Room needs remodeled. Staff not authorized to make changes or dided know how. No manager on site pm or weekend.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The Reason for the stay was the price. It was very close to my relatives and the places to eat or dine in. However you get what you pay for.
Disliked: The room needed work, the noise from this room was disturbing. We heard flushing, water heater noises, we found a little critter in our room. People pacing up and down the stairs from the hotel, parking so limited because a truck and it’s camper took up all the parking spaces. It appears that people live out of the hotel daily because they are out all times of the night. If We could have we would have gone to another hotel however it was the holidays so it was not an option. We did complain to the front desk person but she was just apologizing for the conditions and said they would do better. Not accommodating at all. So I will contact my bank regarding the stay.

Disliked: Improve breakfast.Put a vent in the bathroom.Do not accept many pets make a lot of noise and do not let them sleep.
