Disliked: On the list of amenities there's a "hot tub/jacuzzi" but they don't actually have it. We've been told to walk through the snow to the next hotel to use it

Wonderful stay!

Liked: This hotel went through a recent remodel because our room was like brand new. The room we stayed in was very spacious for our family of five. The location of the hotel was super convenient to the ski resort. We loved everything about this place! The ladies at the front desk were super helpful as well. They even had dog treats for our fur baby! We will definitely be back!
Disliked: Our room was right across the hall from the laundry room so sometimes we would hear washer and dryer in use. But that's not the problem. The very last night of our stay, there was a family using the laundry facility and I guess they decided to wait around and they were talking so loudly outside of our room from 10pm til about 11:30pm while we were trying to sleep. I had to step outside and put "do not disturb" sign on our door and let them know it's bedtime... Maybe hotel management should put a door to close off the laundry area?
