Liked: The room had an odor that was very bad. As soon as I opened the door you can smell the odor/mildewy smell that would not be suitable for me or my grandson who has respiratory issues. The front desk told me that that was the last room so I didn't have a chance to stay. I am inquiring for my moneys to be refunded. The front desk manager would be in the premises the next day and he wasn't. I called several times and they told me that he wasn't there and there was no other contact number for him. When I asked if there was a corporate number I could call they said they didn't have a corporate office or number. So I just want my money refunded and I do not think I would ever stay in La Quinta ever.
Disliked: The room was not to my expectation. Although site says it was newly renovated it smelled old and not pleasant.
