Very nice clean place. I would recommend someone to stay there for sure.

Unsatisfactory and disappointing

Disliked: Room not ready at check in time 3pm had to wait 1/2 hour in lobby with gear and kids. Stains on sofa and no pillows. Pool was overly chemically and unsafe. 2 rungs missing from pool ladder with exposed bolts. Informed staff of danger of injury and response was I'll fix it later.. Very dangerous. Breakfast cold and dry plus not enough seating.for guests.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet. Great staff and location is wonderful.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: Spacious room, free coffee in the room and in the lobby, included breakfast that offered sufficient choices
Disliked: Room could have needed some touch ups. Towel hooks were loose, bathroom socket was loose/falling out of the wall.Wish there would have been some lactose or dairy free milk/Joghurt options at breakfast.

Family meet-up successfull.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and competent, they keep notes on special requests so all front desk staff know. They managed to keep us in the same room from a one night reservation to a three day reservation with two rooms and got us adjacent rooms.
