Liked: The hotel was clean no issues.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like the elevators wouldn’t work in property. I had to use the stairs.

Disliked: Check in was supposed to be 3 p.m. Informed on arrival our room was not cleaned. Finally checked in at 3:45 p.m. Had reserved a king suite because we were traveling with my granddaughter. When we went to make the couch out there were no linens ... Called front desk and they brought two sheets. Had to call again for pillows and blankets. Room was extremely hot and only way to cool it was to turn heater off. Pool was very cold and pool area thermostat said 52 degrees. 1st and 2nd floor ice machine was broken and did not state you had to go to 3rd floor for ice. The elevator would go down but not up. 2nd time we have stayed here and nothing like the 1st time. Will choose another l place to stay next time.
