Liked: How friendly and amazing most of the staff was! We chose this hotel to elope and Gregg from the front desk along with Ms. Melissa from HR. Gregg after hearing about us eloping offered us a photoshoot and took photos of us around the hotel. It was a super nice and beautiful jester who truly made our day I attached one of them here. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The pool and arcade room were beautiful though we ended up not swimming. And we missed out on the bar which is only open Thursday - Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm but saw a good amount of people there finishing up and laughing as the bartender was breaking down. Definitely would try staying here again but out of the La Quintas in the area, it's the worst when it comes to the structure and rooms.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms twice! In our first room 626 the king bed on one side was dipping (must if been a great time) and the pullout couch was filthy as it had a food stain all over the backrest. So they moved us to room 600 which we did and set the heat to 78 degrees since it was cold for the thermostat read 67 degrees. We left to run errands for our marriage certificate and were gone for 3 hours only to come back to the room still at 67 degrees. We called the front desk and were told someone was going to be up there to look at the thermostat, so we waited 15 minutes mind you we were exhausted and wanted to rest. So I walked down there to find the gentleman who was to look at it talking to the supervisor so I just asked for a room change even our old room 626. But they gave us room 901 which was nice and bigger but the carpet had a piece of black electrical tape covering where the tile and carpet met. And a corner had to remain dark as the outlet the light was plugged into wasn't working. When I went back down to return the luggage cart I told the supervisor about 901 issues. She just looked at me as if I had three heads. So I apologized and told her it wasn't my intention to complain but if I'm paying money or anyone else the rooms should be I top quality. We chose this place to elope and had to move rooms twice and never got an apology. My wife and I weren't looking for compensation but just some sympathy and as a person who has managed hotels this was an unpleasant and terrible guest service. The only thing about the trip that was great was the deal Bookings gave us and Gregg, Yvonne, and Melissa making our day special by taken our photos!

Liked: The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, which made enjoyable. Their kindness and helpfulness truly stood out!
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were a few downsides to our stay. The property had a noticeable cigarette smell, the ice machine was out of order, and the fridge in our room was broken, which was disappointing.

It really wasn’t worth the...
Liked: It was a very convenient location to where we needed to be and other things in the area. Lots of parking spaces.
Disliked: The room was freezing even when we cranked up the heat. We asked the front desk for two additional blankets the second night and told them why, didn’t get the blankets. Mentioned it again at checkout and was told only that they’d have maintenance look into it. The breakfast was subpar. The bathroom needed updates badly, had to really sink down in order to wash our hair in the shower because it was set so low. Lots of rust and water stains in the bathroom. On the second day our room keys didn’t work because the lady who checked us in didn’t pay attention to how long we were staying I guess and only made the keys work long enough for one night.
