Seemed more like a $60.00/night hotel instead of a $120.00/night hotel.

Liked: Easy to find and good sound proofing.
Disliked: My daughter got bites from something in the bed; the TV didn't work and the window view was out to a cinder block.

Liked: We liked the cleanliness and security of the property as well as how friendly and helpful the staff were. The breakfast was quite good as well. Our dog was welcome.
Disliked: The location was clunky to get to.

Never again

Liked: Small and unkept rooms. Dirty and poor lighting.
Disliked: The large amount of bums living around the property even though it had a 12 foot barred fence line , it was like being locked in a prison.

I won't likely return because...

Liked: The hotel itself is nice, new, and clean.
Disliked: All the Homeless people wandering around the entire area where the hotel is located. It doesn't feel safe to walk the streets anywhere around the hotel. Plus, there was a Homeless person who was not staying at the hotel eating breakfast. When we pointed that out to the staff, they disregarded it. We would NOT stay at the hotel again because of this issue. There were also three homeless people in a vehicle in the parking lot. We were thankful that our vehicle was not broken into. You need a gate blocking access to your property parking lot.
