Absolutely Horrible!!
Liked: The check in process was very easy
Disliked: During our stay we had to change rooms twice. The first room had dead bugs in it, and the toilet in the second room broken. This was an absolutely horrible experience. The water pressure in the 3rd room was low, and the refrigerator was filthy. We've stayed at several La Quinta locations, and this was the worst by far. Management really needs to address these issues!!

I was pretty unhappy that...
Liked: It was clean. Breakfast was good. Employees were friendly.
Disliked: Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. I didn’t like that a light automatically turned on when you walked near it. It’s not good when someone else is sleeping.

Disliked: Stains on the bed sheets they refused to take care of it refused to give us extra pillows when we had children sleeping on the pull out bed we were expected to give them pillows off of our bed.

Horrible experience!!
Liked: Proximity to University of Notre Dame. Lady who worked the night shift was helpful.
Disliked: Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel! My son and I had planned a weekend trip to visit University of Notre Dame. Our original room was very run down but appeared fairly clean. We were exhausted so we fell asleep early. At about 3am, I was awaken by an odd sound. I turned on the light and, to my horror, I noticed a water leak dripping from the ceiling onto the TV console. Worst of all, the leak was dripping onto my clothes in my open suitcase next to the console. Everything in my suitcase was soaking wet. I immediately ran to the front desk. A lady at the desk offered to wash my clothes for me and move us to another room. I woke up my son, packed up everything and went to lobby. I asked the lady to wash my underwear and socks, which were the most soaked, but I couldn't have her wash my good clothing. She put us in a new room, which also ended up being a disappointment. We were so tired we just plopped everything down and got in bed. However, I soon realized that this room was next to a mechanical room with super loud machinery. There was a motor revving up and down continuously. It kept me awake and I could never fall back to sleep. At about 6am, I mustered up the energy to get out of bed, find a nearby 24 hours convenience store, buy clothing detergent and find a local laundromat to wash everything I brought. Needless to say, I was tired the whole next day and wanted to not stay another night. When I returned from laundromat, I spoke with the manager Perrin. I shared with him my awful experience and that I may not come back for another night if I can find another hotel to stay. He offered me another room, which I accepted because if I couldn't find another hotel, we may have to come back. It turns out we couldn't find anywhere else so we stayed there the second night. The third room was definitely habitable. I did ask Perin to refund me for the first night, but he never got back to me. I called him twice without response.

appreciated that we didn't have...
Liked: Breakfast was OK...I do not eat shared food.....such as eggs...etc... I fixed my own waffles
Disliked: I felt like the Sunday breakfast hours should be a little later...Check out isn't until 11....and unless you are a early rising person.....you will miss it
