Horrible Management... Infestation!

Liked: The front desk staff Tonya, Jessica and Kasmine. They were awesome. When we first arrived and checked in, Jessica checked us in and she was very nice and anything we need she got it for us with know problem.We left and when we got back we wanted to speak with Jessica but she was gone and later on Tonya took over the shift and she was awesome! She immediately switch our room because there was a nasty mildew smell and we went to pull out the sofa bed for our son and it had bugs on the mattress. A lot of Dead bugs! We also had another family staying there and they were a couple rooms down from ours. They recorded when we was there and after we left.
Disliked: The management sucked! My husband and I did not want to pay for the first night, because of the bugs all over the bed and the nasty smell. We have a son with a disability and we purchased the room because the room was very large which gave us a lot of space just in case anything happens. Once we walked into that room, the room wreaked of horrible smell, mildew smell. We went to pull out the sofa bed and it had bugs all over it. I informed Tonya and she immediately switched our room. The next day we spoke to the clerk at the front desk named Kasmine, after speaking with Kasmine she called the manager. My husband spoke to the manager and explained that he did not want to pay for that first night because the room was disgusting and we should not have to pay for an unclean room or unsanitary bug infestation of bugs on the bed. Belinda the manager told him that she will not give him his money back, and then she stated "we don't have bed bugs that must have been fleas because we are pet friendly". The only thing she wanted to give us was a discount. She was not professional! Management should have done better. It's sad to say that the staff did better than the management. We were actually in town for a funeral so this was a very sad time for us and management add to it. We have reported this and proceeded... That was not fleas Belinda! Still unprofessional.. Wow! Not even, "we are very sorry this occurred, and we will do our best to ensure housekeeping does better." Nothing! That room shouldn't have been giving to us or anyone else!

With the musty smell and...

Liked: I had roaches in my roomSo I was afraid to eat breakfast at the hotel
Disliked: I stayed in room 303. It had a very strong musty smell and what looked like black mold on the walls. There was roaches in the bathroom. And the price was more than doubled due to a Taylor swift concert. I wasn’t able to switch rooms because the hotel was completely booked and cost was more than double the average stay.

Disliked: Room ac unit didn’t feel like it was working. Hear dogs barking all night. Room had musty smell to it.

Me and my wife and...

Liked: I stayed through the storm francene. Didn't lose power. There was no breakfast due to the storm.
Disliked: I paid twice. Once through Booking to hold the room and a second time when i got there. The hotel was only taking cash. Staff wasn't made clear that I already paid for the room. I got a refund after.

Liked: The staff and breakfast
Disliked: The computer didn't work this is like the 2nd or 3rd time I've stayed here and the computer didn't work. Because of a lightning strike, the monitor didn't work last time. The printer didn't work 3rd time. The tower got zapped. How much is a couple of surges protector s 20 bulks. This almost cost me 25k.

Helping our kid move to...

Liked: Location very convenient. Staff super friendly
Disliked: Carpet in room was pretty gritty and dirty. No blanket on bed. AC never really dried the room out.
