Christmas disappointment

Liked: was not posted about location being under construction. I booked room over month ago for Christmas to be able visit family I got no sleep I heard hammer s ,saws the comments the construction workers were doing all the loud noises until past 9 pm wasn't going to mention to front desk stuff has no control over what the owners allowed. when I arrived at front desk was sign saying renovations were being done I was told just the pool, laundry room and gym.that would be affected and off limits. wasn't told there be loud noises including tools would be part of my stay. I also found hair in tub from previous occupants. I paid $117 for 1 night. Will not go back ! if this would had be disclosed by this location as well as booking.com id cancelled and went elsewhere I feel I had been took advantage of . Amie Bell. 12/21/24
