Liked: Price and location.
Disliked: The AC/heat is provided by an in-wall unit. It can be noisy. In Winter, I recommend you heat the room and turn off the heat before going to sleep. The room will remain warm even in 5F weather.

Disliked: Too pricey for what it was. $--per night for a room that should have been less than $---

Liked: It's location.
Disliked: The only closet in the room was not usable as the door was jammed. The only comfortable chair in the room was broken. I attempted to sit down & the edge of the chair collapsed & I fell to the floor. The bed sheets were thin and the pillows were aweful!

Liked: They were remodeling the hotel.
Disliked: I was awaken at 3 am with bugs crawling on the television remote control and my pillow. I showered and got out of there. Went to the front desk and she didnt even look surprised. She provided me with contacts for a discount. I wanted to rest not money.

Liked: Great location for Road America. Hotel offers good value and reception staff are pretty helpful.
Disliked: Room on arrival wasn't cleaned probably. Staff sorted it very quickly.
