Disliked: Lighting was a little dim and no exhaust in bathroom for shower steam

Liked: The hotel and staff were great, breakfast was great.
Disliked: Unfortunately the second night it came a super heavy rain storm and our room flooded. Twice the front desk had to bring us towels to mop it up. There wasn't another room available to move to. Upon checkout, when I inquired about compensation for the night, some type of discount I was informed that since I booked the room through booking.com, there was nothing the hotel could do. Thankfully we were able to get all our belongings off the floor before they got wet, except our dogs bed, she wasn't happy. Not much sleep that night.

Will not be back

Liked: We’ve stayed numerous times and the property and staff have always been wonderful. The desk attendant on the night of the 19th was awful! For that reason we will not stay again
Disliked: The front desk attendant working overnight Saturday night was rude and at best should be terminated
