Disliked: We had roaches in our room my husband was drinking coffee and a roach crawled out of his cup so sick I did notify the front desk and she did nothing about the situation she was actually rude to us when I arrived at my house there was a roach in my bag I fumigate my home because roaches are sick and dirty and I am a clean person and don’t want or need them in my home for what I paid for the hotel I expected so much more so much more for my money for my experience I would have stayed at motel 6 don’t you think I will except something to be done about this situation please I paid 125 dollars I work hard for my money and when I stay somewhere I expect it to be clean and sanitary like the post says and what your recommendation says please let me know what will be done about this situation thank you Jo Nell Salinas

Liked: I liked the ease of checking in and out, the free breakfast, amd the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: I kept hearing noises throughout the night when I would wake up. I thought it was people running up and down the halls, but I think the noises came from some remodeling or construction on the second floor. If that was the case, I would recommend them doing that stuff during the day, not at night. It wasn't super loud and I could still sleep, but it was still noticeable.
