Liked: I did like the location and that it was convenient and a safe neighborhood.
Disliked: The water wouldn't get hot and the bathroom was dirty and molded.

Old hotel, nice staff, good...

Liked: Staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great. Huge room, comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast, coffee any time. Coffeemaker, fridge.The hotel did see better times, but once it was probably a rather good one cc. 20-30 years ago. However. It urgently needs now some renovation.
Disliked: Breakfast was not very delicious. Could have been more choices and the quality better.Only one elevator worked, and it could not serve the huge traffic of people.The keycard stopped working once we left the hotel.. Every single time needed to be reactivated.

Liked: The first room had a broken window and we got a replacement really fast.

Liked: Breakfast only potatoes, eggs and waffles, no fruits, no croissants, absolutely nothing then what I previously mentioned!
Disliked: the fire alarm was low batteries and beeping every 2 min, a lift was not working and the one that was working you had to wait 10min to be able to use it, the windows were very dirty and unable to open it and the room very smelly. the drugs smell on the corridors very strong!

It was convenient and easy...

Liked: It was great to be able to bring our dog and also use the indoor pool.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working and there was no stairs to use to make accessing our room faster. The bathroom was dirty, there was mold in the tub and hair. There was no way to plug the tub for my son to take a bath.

Liked: The location was convenient to travel to NY by bus.
Disliked: The hotel is old, could use a makeover, lobby had an old smell. Linens were old and room wasn't the cleanest.
