Liked: My sister and I had side-by-side suites. They were very spacious and very-well appointed.
Disliked: Some early-morning construction was somewhat disturbing but we later learned that ear plugs were available at the front desk.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Within walking distance to virtually everything.

Liked: Location was ideal.
Disliked: Water temperature fluctuated.

We arrived mid day on Amtrak and went to see if the hotel desk could hold our bags until check in time - no problem. At that time the gentleman at the desk advised we could check back in an hour or two and our room should be ready. We weren't expecting or asking for an early check in, but when we came back after a few hours we were treated very rudely, told that we should call to see if the room was ready for check instead of bothering them in person. We were quite taken aback by that! That said, it was very busy with lots of folks checking in for the Seahawks game. Otherwise everything was great! So close to liquor store, Whole Foods, great restaurants; walkable to Pioneer Square, Pike Market; quick taxi to Paramount Theatre. Front desk didn't bother to ask how our stay was upon check out, which we found odd for a business with lots of competition close by. I guess it isn't part of their shtick at check out. Although we had a good stay we would probably consider some other accommodation next time we travel to Seattle.

Disliked: We stayed at this hotel because it came with free breakfast but advertised on there page it was supposed to be a full breakfast eggs bacon sausage potatoes what we got was jimmy Dean sandwiches to put in the microwave and some pre-wrapped muffins

Liked: Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Provided extra bed for free. The hotel let us use parking before we checked in. I was not aware of the parking fee though.
Disliked: Our room (2 Queen beds) needs renovation and new furniture. Chairs are old and ripped, a drawer in a dresser was with a heavy water damage, ceiling and door in the bathroom had ugly rotten stains. Breakfast was way below our expectations: prepacked, frozen food, durty tables, croudy small space, people running into each other, trying to use only 2 available microwaves. There were 4-5 types of tea but all boxes were empty - no tea bags, Only Lipton tea.Check in is after 4pm and check out by 11 am. 5 hours to clean a room? They are probably very understaffed.Way too expensive for the value we got.Next time we will be looking for an alternative accommodation.
