Liked: My sister and I had side-by-side suites. They were very spacious and very-well appointed.
Disliked: Some early-morning construction was somewhat disturbing but we later learned that ear plugs were available at the front desk.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Within walking distance to virtually everything.

Liked: Location was ideal.
Disliked: Water temperature fluctuated.

We arrived mid day on Amtrak and went to see if the hotel desk could hold our bags until check in time - no problem. At that time the gentleman at the desk advised we could check back in an hour or two and our room should be ready. We weren't expecting or asking for an early check in, but when we came back after a few hours we were treated very rudely, told that we should call to see if the room was ready for check instead of bothering them in person. We were quite taken aback by that! That said, it was very busy with lots of folks checking in for the Seahawks game. Otherwise everything was great! So close to liquor store, Whole Foods, great restaurants; walkable to Pioneer Square, Pike Market; quick taxi to Paramount Theatre. Front desk didn't bother to ask how our stay was upon check out, which we found odd for a business with lots of competition close by. I guess it isn't part of their shtick at check out. Although we had a good stay we would probably consider some other accommodation next time we travel to Seattle.

Liked: Great location. Very helpful check in. Very cozy room at the perfect temperature. Lots of light with big windows. Very convenient self-serve laundry.
Disliked: Almost everything was very good until check out. We had requested an airport transfer back to the airport. Reception noted it down in some kind of paper log. When we checked out I asked about the car and the reception worker (different person) had no idea, called the driver, and then said that it sounded like he just woke up (5 minutes before we needed to leave). Then we were told that there was nothing noted down. When I said that I saw it being written down then I got a “Oh there it is”. We ended up ordering a Lyft and were almost late. Not cool at all. This would be my only reservation about staying a second tim: unprofessionalism.

Liked: I loved that the room was prepared for our early check-in and that there's an online option for us to go through the procedures.The people at the reception/front desk were kind, friendly, and had a great sense of humour, especially the gentleman on Sundayy morning.

Good for the price.

Liked: Location was horrible if you're not a fan of downtown atmosphere. Expensive parking everywhere including the hotel. $20 per day! However.. Parking is safe and gated right underneath the hotel and you have direct access to the basement parking garage from the hotel elevator. Room service does not service your room unless you request it and they keep your room very well stocked. Laundry is a little pricey but convenient and available 24/7. Breakfast was okay. Everything is pretty much a Jimmy Dean frozen meal that you stick in the microwave but they also have waffle machines, bagels and toast, boiled eggs, cereal, etc. It also lasts until 10:30 which is late for most hotels.
Disliked: There is no pool. Paid parking stinks but its Seattle so it is what it is. Hotel could use a good update but it felt clean.
