Wonderfull hotel in Santa Cruz

Liked: Lovely hotel, large lobby with several facilities, large room, decent pool. Great location with only a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Large and easy parking. Breakfast was decent as well.

I will only stay here

Liked: The facility is immaculately clean. Staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I only stay here when I come to Santa Cruz. Love their secure gated underground parking lot. It's close to the wharf, the boardwalk, and has easy bus and Uber access. Room has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast is free every morning, and the staff keeps it replenished and fully stocked. There is a very large attractive lounge area with a TV, fireplace, tables and comfy chairs. Perfect for relaxing or working. I will never stay anywhere else...
Disliked: The shower head in the shower was stuck on a low spray setting that wouldn't adjust, so it was not easy to rinse the shampoo out. I informed the front desk when I checked out, and they said they would report it to housekeeping to be replaced.
