Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Easy to find, easy to park and check in was quick. Breakfast had the essentials. Location was good.
Disliked: The building is older so nothing is fancy, it's pretty old school. But it was clean and safe and that's what matters. It also was cheaper, which is related to the age of the building.

Liked: Angel was excellent we had a water issue and she accommodated us without question! My daughter loved the suite and having her own space. Very safe, very comfortable!
Disliked: Breakfast was basic and my wife said it wasn’t very good tasting.

Liked: We rented a room with my husband from November 17 to November 18. It was very clean, smelled good, had lots of cavities and supplies. And a big and very comfortable bed. In general we had a great time. On November 18 at 10 o'clock we came to the reception, handed in our keys and went to breakfast. After that, we left.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I inadvertently left my purse there. It had credit cards and headphones in it. No one called us on that day and told us that we had forgotten. In the end, we ourselves called on November 19 in the evening, they replied that there was nothing, a manager would come tomorrow and we would call. They didn't call, I called back around 12 noon on November 20. They said they found the bag. We made arrangements for shipping. I paid shipping and they shipped. But my headphones were not in the purse. I wrote to support, but they said they couldn't find my headphones. (But I didn't take the headphones out of my room, they were in my bag the whole time).
