Extremely Disappointed

Liked: The lobby and games were great. Check in was easy. Parking was fine. Coffee was amazing!
Disliked: I ONLY booked this hotel because of the heated rooftop pool. I called ahead of time to make sure it was open and ready and everything. When I arrived, there were signs that the rooftop pool was closed this weekend. I was so disappointed and my kids were looking forward to it all day. Literally the only reason I booked here or I would've gone somewhere else. I would have appreciated an automated phone call that all amenities would not be available this weekend or an email so that I could've saved my money and stayed home or gone elsewhere. The lady waived my parking fee but that just wasn't enough. My weekend was ruined tbh.

Above and Beyond expectations

Liked: The room modern and bed confirtable. Convient location. Staff supper nice. Breakfast good with many choices. Forgot my wallet too in room and they called me right away and arrange yo kvernite it!!! what a relief. Cleaning staff and management all honest and professional!!!

Liked: Walls were thin it seemed. Liked the roof too jacuzzi and fireplace down the hall. Parking was easy. Tried to call front desk for 1/2 hour and no one answered.

Liked: The location is great very close to downtown, the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was really complete.
