Disappointing. Did not get checked...

Disliked: The front counter service. Girl was rude and has a could care less attitude. System was down and I was very tired and was unable to check in. Not the service I'd expect. She need extra training

Loved this hotel would come...

Liked: Everything was super convenient, 10 min drive to literally downtown, san ysidro, the zoo. great breakfast as well very tasty
Disliked: The construction and parking, there was some construction 2 rooms away from me so that woke me up earlier than i would’ve wanted to, as well as parking it can be a hassle at night finding parking. but other than that great hotel
